Texwrap’s TLS Series L-Sealers simultaneously make the end and side seal of one package, as well as the front seal of the trailing package. The seal is made by feeding product into the centerfold film with photo-eyes detecting the leading and trailing edge of the product. L-Sealers fit applications where speeds are slow to moderate or where space is limited, and are affordable, versatile wrappers within a certain range of product sizes.

One key feature of the TLS-Series is the programmable multipack auto collates and wraps single lane multipacks. Multipacking products in shrink film often eliminates the need for chipboard pads or trays. The program is simply set for the desired number of units per row and a pusher bar is activated when that number is reached. The pusher can also be set for the number of rows desired and is only limited by the size of the sealing area. An optional right angle pusher is another great option to create multipack configurations as well.
The TLS L-sealers are also available in corrosion resistant stainless steel models that are designed for harsh or wet environments. Texwrap also offers infeeds and tunnels in stainless versions as well.
