Non-Encapsulated Liners

At MP Global Packaging, you have choices when it comes to your thermal shipping needs. Our non-encapsulated liners are currently our most popular product. They insulate boxes for products like frozen food, meat, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and meal kits. Our thermal box liners range in thickness from .25” to 3” and can be ordered in bulk.

Encapsulated Liners

Encapsulated liners extend the paper around the recycled cardboard insulated liner for a more cosmetic look.  Encapsulated liners meet the same need as non-encapsulated liners and are still available in a thickness range of .25” to 3”.
