The HP-2100 is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a variety of features and high-tech components that allow for secure pallet wrapping at a low, affordable price.
The Cousins High Profile 2100-SRT Pallet Wrapper comes with many benefits, including:
- High production speed: The HP-2100 can produce up to 35 loads per hour with a single turntable.
- Quality turntable: This turntable comes with soft start acceleration, easy-moving front, and back forklifts, and a film-saving Accu-Count exact positioning system.
- Safe select options: This includes detection software that indicates when the film is broken or empty. It also includes automatic machine reset and fault detection with beacon lighting as well as a digital weight indicator.
- Maintenance-free film carriage elevator: The carriage guidance system of the Cousins HP-2100 requires no maintenance and features an anti-fall safety device.
- Rapid thread film delivery system: Includes special film-threading device, electronic corner compensation, and safety shut-off features.
