This Dairy Pack Fill Seal machine stands out for its flexibility, accommodating preformed cups of different materials and different sizes. This Dairy Pack machine adapts to a wide range of filling possibilities, ranging from 80 to 1,500 ml per container, with the possibility of having multi-flavor dosing capabilities.
Speed Range
This inline indexed machine can fill and seal between 5,000 and 28,800 cups per hour with a double index, allowing you to scale up your production. The Dairy Pack RM90C also allows for application of toppers, overcaps, and clipping to add an extra element to your product for your consumers.
Different Material Compatibility
This inline filling and sealing machine can handle various materials, including paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass, to help you fill and close cups, jars, tubs, and so on. Moreover, it is possible to accommodate on the same machine at the same time up to 3 different formats of packaging to allow diversified production on a single piece of packaging equipment. The diameters of the different compatible formats can vary between 60 and 160 mm.
