About Hema CANSM
The Hema CANSM is designed for variously shaped cans — whether round or profiled — and can handle between 4,800 and 9,000 cans per hour. It is ideal for products like corned beef, luncheon meat, meat pâté, fish cans, and more. It is compatible with metal cans in a variety of shapes: round, oval, square, rectangular, trapezoidal, and pear-shaped. Depending on your product's requirements, this seamer is available in two configurations: vacuum or atmospheric.

Reliable Performance
- Speed up to 150 cans per minute
- High-speed clinching with vertical movement chuck
- Different formats: round, rectangular or trapezoidal, with or without slope
- Adaptable to various specifications:
- Diameter: 45 to 155 mm
- Diagonal: 45 to 170 mm
- Height: 20 to 250 mm
Standard Machine Features
- Vacuum seaming to maintain preservation and optimal appearance of the product
- Seaming profile quality ensured by cam and counter cam
- "No can-no lid" to limit losses
- Lid distributor equipped with a scroll separator operating from dispenser. This allows the lid to be lowered gradually and synchronously with the can, even if the product protrudes from the can with a dome, as the lid is guided to its position on the can.

- Continuous motion conveyor and placing of clinched cans into a transfer starwheel
- Seaming head mounted on an articulated arm giving full accessibility
- Compression pad driven by a double track cam
- Robust mechanical parts running in oil bath for longer durability
