About Pneumatic Scale SC
Pneumatic Scale's SC capper is ideal for practically any container. Servo motors ensure accurate torque control, which is critical to producing a proper seal. Customized turret pockets control non-round containers, while a gripper belt can be added to hold round containers. Because the machine holds each container securely until capped, spilling, slipping, scuffing and crushing are eliminated.
Caps are transferred to the capping chuck via a cap disk, and since timing is integrated with the turret, cap pickup is extremely reliable. Allowing ample time for each cap to seat itself eliminates misaligned caps, even at high speeds.
Eliminating container slippage, along with the use of servo motors, guarantees accurate torque control without wear parts or constant maintenance. The SC capper's design provides in-process control using the servo's precise torque control, feedback and diagnostic capabilities.
