Hema NUTRI is dedicated to the particulate and non-particulate sauce and dressing market. It benefits from Hema's proven expertise built up over several years in the area of filling complex products for large international groups.

This Hema packaging solution is a rotary filling machine for sauces and dressings, available in Monobloc configuration with a capper or thermosealer. NUTRI filler can also be synchronized to a neck trimmer or a rinser. Combi configuration associates blowing, filling and capping for PET bottles.

Working with Your Recipes

The filling method is carefully chosen to match the specific characteristics of your product: its type (e.g., liquid, thick, particulate), what needs to be protected (flavor, vitamins, color, etc.), its shelf-life (short or long), and its sensitivity to external elements (temperature, oxygen). A complex equation between relative acidity (pH), the presence of nutrients, the presence of O2, the level of sugar content, preserving agents, artificial colorings, stabilizers, and other factors, which has an impact on the conservation and bacteriological quality of your product.
